Solution Loans' General Lending Criteria

• You must be 18 to 65 years of age (inclusive).
• You must be a UK resident (exc. Isle of Man)
• Your income (inc. benefits) is more than £100 per month.
• You hold an active bank account that your salary is paid directly into (but you don't need a debit card).
• You can be either a tenant or a homeowner.
• Your credit history is irrelevant to us, but you cannot be currently bankrupt or on an IVA.
• You will need to find a guarantor for your loan who meets the following criteria;
  • they are a UK homeowner
  • they are aged over 23 and no more than 69 by the end of the loan term
  • they have a good credit history with no CCJs or defaults
  • they have a UK bank account (and hold a debit card/credit card)
  • they have an income of over £800 per month (employed/self employed/retired).

If you don't think you can meet these criteria there may be other options open to you:

• If you can't find a guarantor or don't think you can then a payday loan cash advance may be enough - you can borrow up to £1000 with no guarantor and with no credit check (but you will need to repay the cash advance on your next payday).
